The Breath Guide

Breathwork is a great way to introduce a safe and natural self-care tool into your daily routine.

As you're reading this now, you're probably breathing about 8-15 breaths per minute.  This slightly elevated breathing pattern is the 'normal' in today's busy world.  Breathwork is the practice of using specific breathing techniques to change your breath and nervous system response rate in a matter of minutes.

Breathwork brings your body back into balance by allowing your nervous system to regulate itself so you instantly feel calmer, more grounded and peaceful.  Other benefits include stress relief, reduction in anxiety, improved sleep, increased mental focus, balanced mood and energy.

How I Can Help

I am Avni, a YOGABODY® Certified Breathwork Coach trained by Lucas Rockwood at Yoga Teachers College.

My mission is to empower you with the tools to help you achieve mind-body synergy and live a more balanced life through mindful breathwork using Yoga Breathing techniques.

Being raised in an indian household I have always been exposed to alternative natural remedies for most ailments which encouraged my love for Ayurveda and natural healing.  Two key pillars of Ayurveda are Yoga and Pranayama (breathing) both of which make up a part of my daily rituals.

Seeing the benefits of breathwork in my own life, I decided to train as a Breathwork Coach to help others. 

No experience of any kind is needed.  I take a very simple, safe and science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
